No Refund Policy
1. General No-Refund Rule
Because Cyber Trader Hunter PI LLC provides professional investigative, research, consulting, communication, documentation, subscription, and related services, payments are final once made.
We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements merely because a Client changes their mind, no longer wants the Service, fails to use the Service, or is dissatisfied with an investigative outcome.
2. Investigative Services
Payments for private-investigation services, investigative research, consultations, reports, public-record research, skip-trace research, background research, digital-evidence review, scam or fraud research, threat or harassment documentation, and similar professional services are non-refundable.
Payment is for the professional time, research, analysis, documentation, and services performed. It does not guarantee that a particular person will be located, specific information will be discovered, money will be recovered, or a particular result will occur.
3. Third-Party Costs and Case Expenses
Fees paid or incurred for third-party databases, public records, court records, document retrieval, travel, mileage, administrative costs, research tools, or other authorized case expenses are non-refundable.
4. Emergency Contact Privacy Proxy and Check-In Services
Payments for Emergency Contact Privacy Proxy services and scheduled check-in services are non-refundable after purchase.
These Services may involve account setup, communication infrastructure, automation, telephone services, account administration, and other resources made available for the Subscriber.
5. Subscriptions
Subscription payments are non-refundable once charged, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
A Subscriber may cancel a recurring subscription to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation does not create a refund or credit for a billing period that has already been paid.
Access to the applicable Service may remain available through the end of the already-paid subscription period unless otherwise stated.
6. Cancellation of Investigative Work
A Client may request that future investigative work stop. However, cancellation does not require Cyber Trader Hunter PI LLC to refund payments already made.
Work already performed, time reserved or used, research conducted, records obtained, third-party costs incurred, travel, mileage, and other authorized expenses remain chargeable.
7. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
The no-refund policy does not prevent You from contacting Us about a suspected duplicate charge, billing error, unauthorized transaction, or other payment issue.
We will review legitimate billing concerns and make corrections when appropriate.
8. Refunds Required by Law
Nothing in this Policy eliminates any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
If applicable law requires a refund in a particular situation, Cyber Trader Hunter PI LLC will comply with that requirement.
9. Payment Disputes
If You believe a payment was processed incorrectly, please contact Us before initiating a payment dispute so that We have an opportunity to review the transaction and relevant records.
